A former Public House with a garden and single lane bowling alley to the rear that was not commercially viable. We successfully obtained planning permission to convert the Public House into Four x two-bedroom flats and convert the bowling alley into single three bedroom bungalow. All the building work is complete, and all the units are now rented to local residents.
